Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily serve domestic customers. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at elprofe74@culturathreadsdesigns.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
